Clients First

Every law firm has, or at least should, have smart lawyers, experience, and integrity. Fremstad Law has that as well. The difference, however, is that Fremstad Law puts its focus on you, your business, and your people. The law is not one size fits all. While there might in many cases be a technically correct answer, does that answer matter if it is too costly, takes too long, or will take you or your people away from doing what they do best? We want to learn about your business and help you make decisions that put your business first.

I started Joel M. Fremstad, PC because I was frustrated with traditional legal practice. Much of law practice is reactionary. The client comes in after the contract is breached, after the accounts receivable have become too large, or after the law suit has been started. When law practice is reactionary it almost always becomes very expensive and all consuming for the client. While there will always be the need to react, I started asking how can clients be proactive and why aren’t they being proactive? In a way, the answer is the same. It is because of a perception that it is very expensive and time consuming. At Fremstad Law, however, we work with our clients to find solutions that work for both sides.
