Fremstad Law attorney Nick Thornton recently secured an acquittal after a jury trial. Thornton’s client was accused of disorderly conduct for allegedly pulling a firearm and shaking it at another person in a threatening and menacing way. Thornton argued the alleged victim made the entire incident up. After an aggressive cross-examination of the alleged victim, the jury agreed and found Thornton’s client “not guilty.”
