Kyle Christianson
Kyle Christianson approaches the practice of law with a blend of legal skill and real-world perspective. Before joining Fremstad Law, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael D. Fritz, Chief Judge of Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District, where he developed a deep understanding of courtroom dynamics and judicial decision-making—experience that continues to shape his approach to client advocacy.
A graduate of North Dakota State University, Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2022. Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in several client-focused roles including banking, financial services, and planning which gave him practical experience in helping individuals navigate complex and personal challenges. Today, Kyle draws on that background to offer grounded, strategic legal counsel with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Kyle is admitted to practice in both North Dakota and Minnesota. He is committed to Fremstad Law’s core values of Relationships, Wisdom & Trust, and strives to be a reliable advocate clients can turn to when it matters most.
He lives in the Fargo-Moorhead area with his wife, Amy, and their two children. A lifelong Minnesota sports fan, Kyle enjoys watching the Vikings and Timberwolves, traveling with his family, and cheering on his kids at their activities. He also coaches high school tennis and is a national USTA mixed doubles champion.
