Mark Western joins Fremstad Law Firm
Fremstad Law is pleased to announce that Mark Western has joined the firm. He will practice out of their Fargo office.
Mark is an experienced civil litigator who tries cases to juries and has provided successful results for his clients. Along with his trial experience, Mark has successfully argued multiple cases to the North Dakota Supreme Court. Mark’s previous clients included business entities of all sizes and types as well as individuals that require legal counseling, litigation support, or lobbying advocacy before city, county, and state units of government.
Mark grew up and worked on a grain farm in western North Dakota and later served as a legislative aide in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Mark also spent several years as a high school history and government teacher in a small Minnesota community.
